ARTISTS & ILLUSTRATORS

We are often looking for artists and illustrators. If you live in the Dallas Metroplex area or are willing to commute to us for a meeting, send us an email at texas-games@protonmail.com with the subject line ARTIST or ILLUSTRATOR . Be sure to include good contact information and what you would like to do for us. What we normally do is mention you as a contributor to the game within the game rules both under your illustrations and on our acknowledgements page. For a major contributor we like to place their name on the cover of the box or rule set as well. That’s pretty cool. And, this is a great way to break into the industry or build your portfolio.

DISCOUNTS

Only one discount may be used with any single purchase. Our most common discount is our those that have served discount, (see Military below). We also give hefty on site discounts to players who play our games at Cons, e.g., (for example) Millennium Con in Round Rock and BGG Con in Dallas.

EMAILING YOU

We will only email our customers to give them a free update code or to notify them of a free or a new product. We do not share your personal information with anyone. We hate spam as much as you do. You may opt out of receiving our emails at any time. Just let us know.

FREE SHIPPING

We provide free shipping of our products to all locations in the USA.

FREE PRODUCTS & PRODUCTS WE SOLD AT A CON

If you received your product from us for free or bought if from us at a convention (Con), no worries. You are covered just like everyone else.

MILITARY, VETERANS, POLICE, FIRE FIGHTERS & EMTS

We love to give our veterans and those that have served and sacrificed for our country a discount. Just send us an email with a picture of yourself in uniform or a copy of your old ID (Be sure to hide your SSN, service number or other private information. We certainly don’t need tor want that.) Too hard to do? Then send us something else that proves you served. Either way, we will send you a code for 10% off of any product on our web site, texasgames.com. And, for some items we may even send you the product for free. So let us know what you want the discount for. Let us know if its OK to post your picture on our site. And, thanks so much for your service!

PARTS & PIECES

Within reason Texas Games will replace any missing parts or pieces purchased on our web site, texasgames.com, as long as we are capable of doing do. Even if you lost a piece, just contact us. As long as we have that item in stock, we will mail you another one at no charge. Just send us an email for us to verify your purchase and we will send you the piece if available.

PLAY TESTERS

Play testing for our games is done in the Dallas Metroplex area. Most often at our home office in Wylie or at Texas Toy Soldier in Carrollton. Our play testers are always mentioned in our published games and always get full copies and updates of the game they helped test with us as long as that game is in production. If you are interested in becoming a play tester and live in the Metroplex area or are willing to commute to us, send us an email at texasgames@protonmail.com with the subject line PLAY TESTER REQUEST. You must be reliable and include your name, email, and phone number. We will try and work you into our play tests.

RETURNS

Texas Games will accept returns for any physical product purchased on our web site, texasgames.com, if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipper pays return postage. Texas Games will replace the item or refund 100% of the purchase price. Just send us the product, and include your full name & email address for us to verify your purchase and we will promptly send you a refund when your product arrives. Too hard? Write us at texasgames@protonmail.com and explain your issue.

ERRATA UPDATES

If and when they are available, Texas Games likes to give all our customers free errata updates to their purchases. Errata updates will be automatically emailed to our customers. They will also be found on the sales page when available. They are always free.

We no longer do PDF updates since all our products are only available spiral bound, in card sets or a complete board games.
